Clint Thompson started Real Estate Investment Advisors, LLC, (REIA) in 2017 so that he could offer both Real Estate and Mortgage services to his clients. At that time, Clint had been serving his clients in the Mortgage industry for 14 years and saw a need to offer clients sound Real Estate Advice on Selling and Purchasing homes that he had learned personally from investing in Real Estate for many years. REIA was created to make the Real Estate and Mortgage transaction seamless, provide superior information, use a proven process to make Vigilance, Accuracy, Leadership, Understanding and Excellence (V.A.L.U.E) the backbone of our company. We believe that our customers deserve simpler lives and better solutions..

Meet Our Team
Clint Thompson – Owner/Broker
Clint’s Story began back when he was a kid playing in the jungles of Papua New Guinea where he was born and raised before coming to the United States at 13, He always wanted to be “the Boss” when he grew up. Raised by missionary parents, Clint learned that dedication and hard work was how to get things accomplished.
In his late 20’s Clint learned the hard lesson of what poor investment advice can do to hard earned financial accomplishments and set out to help people make good financial decisions when it comes to their largest investment, their home. With a finance degree and 22 years’ experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage business, starting REIA in 2017, Clint thrives in helping his clients’ financial dreams come to a reality through owning Real Estate.

Kerensa Minard – Mortgage Advisor/Interior Design
Kerensa Grew up in a small town in Wyoming riding motorcycles and racing snowmobiles. She participated in every sport she was allowed to (she wanted to play football but got a hard NO from her dad). To say she has a competitive spirit is an understatement, but where Kerensa Thrives is in helping others and being part of a team and coaching others up has always been something that drives her.
Staying active and spending time in the mountains, Kerensa learned to love the outdoors and is a mountain lover. Kerensa decided as a young girl that Colorado was where she wanted to live and in 1999 moved here.
After ending her career with Xerox in 2019, Kerensa got her Mortgage license and started with REIA in February of 2019. Kerensa has worked with Clint since 2017 consulting on interior design and staging. Kerensa has always had a passion for home interior design and loves to see the a room transformed. “Helping people with financing their homes and giving design recommendations is a dream come true.”
